Safety is Not Just a Motto.
It's a Practice.
DirectVOR was built to bridge the gap between operational reality and safety management. We believe in democratizing data to make aviation safer for everyone.
Look around you. We are everywhere.
Safety doesn’t happen in a silo. It happens when the cockpit speaks to the cabin, when maintenance coordinates with ground ops, and when every voice is heard. We are the team behind DirectVOR, a diverse collective representing every discipline within our airline.
Our group ranges from industry veterans with decades of flight time to fresh recruits bringing new perspectives to established procedures. We come from Flight Operations, Engineering, Ground Handling, Cabin Services, and Corporate Safety. Despite our different backgrounds, we are united by a single mission: to build a transparent, open-access platform where we learn from each other.
We believe that a mistake hidden is a risk retained, but a mistake shared is a lesson learned. We are here to ensure that your submissions are treated with respect, analyzed with expertise, and used to protect us all.

Why DirectVOR Exists
Shared Learning
People learn best from each other. By creating an open-source sharing platform, we turn individual experiences into collective wisdom.
Public Awareness
Unresolved questions shouldn't stay hidden. We provide a space for public discourse on safety issues that matter to the community.
Transparent Action
We aim to enforce action through transparent communication. Whether it's an airline or an airport, data speaks louder than promises.
"Safety Comes First"
It shouldn't just be a poster on a wall. It is a belief system that every single person in aviation—from the tarmac to the boardroom—must live by. DirectVOR is our contribution to making that reality happen.
