Welcome to DirectVOR. By accessing or using our website (directvor.com) and our suite of tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Nature of the Service and Critical Disclaimer

DirectVOR is an independent productivity and brainstorming tool designed by an aviation safety professional. It is NOT a certified aviation software.

The tools, templates, and AI-generated outputs provided by DirectVOR are for assistance, drafting, and educational purposes only. DirectVOR does not replace your company's official Safety Management System (SMS), regulatory guidelines, or human professional judgment. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any content generated by this platform before using it in any official aviation, operational, or safety capacity. We accept no liability for incidents, audit findings, or operational disruptions resulting from the use of this tool.

2. Accounts and Token System

  • Registration: You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
  • Freemium Model: Certain tools are free to use. Premium or AI-powered tools require the use of "AeroTokens."
  • Token Allocation: Users receive a set amount of starting tokens upon registration. Once depleted, further use of premium tools will require a paid upgrade. Tokens have no cash value and are non-transferable.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to hack, destabilize, or bypass the token billing system or authentication measures.
  • Use our AI tools to generate malicious, harmful, or legally compromising content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The DirectVOR platform, including its original code, design, layout, and "AeroToken" branding, is the property of DirectVOR and its creator. You may not duplicate or copy the platform's infrastructure without permission. However, any specific documents or text you generate using our tools (e.g., an email draft or a custom checklist) belong to you.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Malta. DirectVOR and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Malta shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
